
Aunt Betty's Fruit Kuchen
From the Kitchen of: Lynn (DeYarman) Sigler '72
Ingredients:
CRUST
1 1/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Tablespoons Sugar
CUSTARD
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Cream or Half & Half
FRUIT
3 cups sliced or diced Peaches,
Plums, Rhubarb, or other fruit of
your choice.
Instructions:
Mix Crust like a pie crust, pat into 9 X11" pan. Place fruit over crust. Beat eggs until fluffy, beat in remaining custard ingredients and pour over fruit. Bake 35 min at 350 degrees. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
