
Banana Bread

Ingredients:
1/2 C Butter
1 C Sugar
2 Eggs
2 C Flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 C Banana Pulp
1/2 C Chopped Nuts (Optional)
2 T. Sour Milk
Instructions:
Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix in dry ingredients. Add bananas, sour milk, and nuts. To make the sour milk, use 1 T. Vinegar and 1/3 C. Milk, stir together, and use 2 T. of the mixture. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
