
Best Ever Banana Bread

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup milk +1 tablespoon vinegar (buttermilk)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup nuts (chopped) or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. In another mixing bowl, combine eggs, bananas, oil, butter milk, and vanilla; add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips. Pour into two greased 9 x 5 x 3“ baking pan. Bake at 325° for one hour and 20 minutes or until Bread test done. Cool on wire rack. Enjoy!
