
Dassled Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
Tortillas
Pre-baked sweet potatoes
Feta cheese
Pecans or walnuts
Balsamic vinegar
Fresh greens
Onion powder
Instructions:
Mash sweet potatoes thinly on tortillas, top with all ingredients, sparingly. Bake until tortillas are crispy on edges. Remove from oven. Cut in wedges. Enjoy!
