
Mostaccioli

Ingredients:
One box Mostaccioli or Penne noodles
One jar pasta sauce (flavor of your choice)
2 cups fresh spinach
Sliced Mushrooms (canned or fresh)
Can of chopped stewed tomatoes (optional)
Diced onion or garlic (optional)
2 cups grated cheese (mozzarella and/or colby
jack)
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Put uncooked noodles into 9"x13" ungreased pan. Mix in jar of pasta sauce and 1 - 1/2 jars
of water. Liquid should cover noodles (add more water if needed). Add in all desired ingredients except cheese. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Top with cheese, recover lightly, bake 20 minutes.
Additional Notes: If you want, you can add in 1 lb of peeled cooked shrimp or beef
