
Oreo Cookie Dessert

Ingredients:
1-15oz. pkg. oreo cookies
1/3 C melted butter
1/2 gallon favorite ice cream
1-16oz. jar of Hershey's fudge topping
1-9oz. carton of Cool Whip (defrosted in refrigerator)
Instructions:
Crush cookies into crumbs. Melt butter. Add to crumbs and mix well. Put into 9"X13" pan, but save 2 cups for topping. Slice ice cream on top of crumbs. Top with fudge topping (heat jar over pan of water to run easier). Then add cool whip & rest of crumbs. Cover and freeze.
Additional Notes: Any kind of ice cream works well. I prefer chocolate chip, mint & chip or fudge swirl.
