Party Chicken

8 large split boneless and skinless chicken breasts
8 slices bacon
1 package (2.5 ounces) dried beef
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup dairy sour cream


Arrange dried beef in 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon and place wrapped chicken on dried beef. Combine soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 3 hours. (8 servings)
Additional Notes: Party Chicken can be assembled, covered, and refrigerated before baking. Bake as directed.
