Scott's Award Winning Brownies

Ingredients:

BROWNIES
4 eggs
1 cup melted butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2/3 cup cocoa- blend with
enough water to make a paste
1 1/2 cups flour
nuts if desired

FROSTING
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup chocolate chips
 

Instructions:

BROWNIES: Mix and pour brownie ingredients into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
 
FROSTING: Mix together powdered sugar, brown sugar and milk in sauce pan on stove. Boil one minute. Add butter and chocolate chips to frosting mixture. Beat until smooth and thick.
 
Spread over cooled brownies.
