Legacy Circle Giving Society
Consistent giving to UW-Stevens Point is crucial. UWSP relies on the annual generosity of its donors to help create new scholarships, strengthen programs, and explore new opportunities for our students. The Legacy Circle was created to honor our most loyal alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends who support UWSP year after year.
All gifts, regardless of their size, are equally important to our success. It's important that we recognize those individuals who have been relied upon year after year, regardless of personal success or struggles, to support academic excellence at this university.
Gifts of any amount, to any academic area of the university, received in each of two or more consecutive calendar years will be recognized. Once a donor makes a gift in their second consecutive year, they will be a part of the Legacy Circle and will receive an individualized window cling to display with pride.
Please note the following:
- Gifts must be received within the calendar year.
- Couples will be recognized for their combined totals.
Old Main Giving Society
The Old Main Society recognizes all those who make a leadership level commitment to UWSP during a calendar year. The society was created to recognize annual leadership donors who have made UWSP a philanthropic priority. Their generous contributions make an immediate and direct impact on a student's future.
By joining the Old Main Society, you are taking your place among UWSP’s philanthropic leaders by giving $1,000 or more cumulatively during a calendar year.
Gifts may be designated to support the Annual Fund or any other fund where your passion is strongest. Gifts can be in the form of cash, securities, qualifying real estate or specific deferred giving instruments. Additionally, employer matching gifts received within the calendar year apply towards recognition in the Old Main Society.
